Date props will be returned to The Prop Warehouse (for rental's only): Please note: Props are normally due exactly one month after the arrival date.

Before shipping your order, we require:

Signed and completed renter's agreement which is available on our website, for rental's only. PLEASE READ DETAILS.
A school p.o. or credit card must be on file before the order is reserved. Please call with your credit card information.
An additional 25% refundable security deposit.
The minimum order is $50.00 for small handheld props & $100.00 for ALL other props.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We only ship handheld props. All other props are available for delievery or pick up.
