1. All items consigned must be in good condition in the judgment of Prop Warehouse.
2. Prop Warehouse has the right to decline props.
3. All props consigned to Prop Warehouse shall be for a one year period.
4. Prop Warehouse will receive 65% of profit for rented or sold props. Consignee will receive 35% of profit.
5. Consignee will be paid within 30 days of rental payment.
6. Consignment fee will be $0.45 per cubic foot. Cost can be estimated if sent dimensions of prop.
7. After a 1 year period, props may be returned or consigned for another 1 year period. Props that are not picked up or re-consigned by the end of the contract period will be sold or destroyed at the option of Prop Warehouse.
8. Props delivered to consignee will be delivered for a fee for $1.75 per mile.
9. If props are returned to the consignee before the contracted return date, a $100.00 early return fee will be charged.
10. Prop Warehouse will provide the service of selling props with the same guidelines as rentals. If the consignee elects for props to be sold rather than rented, Prop Warehouse will provide the service with the same profits and guidelines as rentals.
11. With permission from consignee, Prop Warehouse or renter may make artistic changes to props.
12. Any destroyed props will be replaced by renter.
13. Prop Warehouse will charge mileage to the consignee to pick up props to consign at $1.75 per mile.
